Sweater Makeover - Cable Knit Pockets for Gathered!

It's that time of year again. What time of year, you ask? Fall? Autumn? Halloween? Two months until Christmas?! Nope. This is the perfect time of year for a sweater makeover. The weather has kindly allowed me to sport a few of my favorite sweaters the past few very stressful weeks. 

I recently shared this knit cable pocket project in Issue 53 of Gathered by Mollie Makes! It was such a fun and easy project. I love how the blocks of color brighten up a basic sweater. You can find the project instructions inside the issue here.

I have a few other sweater makeover ideas that I can't wait to try next month. October has been one crazyinsanewonderfulstressfuldidisaycrazyalready month. The light is finally starting to shine through at the end of the tunnel. When I turn in my book in the next few weeks, I will get back to posting regular projects and other fun things soon. I had my book photo shoot on Sunday and it was everything I could have hoped for. I will post a few behind the scenes photos from the shoot later this week.
